During 1944-1946 we were in Vellore where fathr a sub-judge. One year Kappu was with us during Navarathri and we prepared a good golu and she dressed me and Jayaram as Krishna and Radha (or it might have been Rama and Lakshmana, I am not sure) and we went to all the houses in the colony and invited them.
