I really am not sure what "OB" means, but I have heard enough of it!!! :) Amma and appa used to scold me "OB adikkaama ukkandhu padi"!!! So, I associate it to something like dodging or time pass.
Any inputs anybody??

Amma scolds me about OB too. Listening to what she scolds me about, I think it's laziness. It can mean ANYTHING in my case though.
