Sakatapuram

TSS & I were in Sakatapuram last week & had a wonderful time - Periyava darshan, hill resort atmosphere! Added blessing was to celebrate my b'day there! (24th was Nakshatram). We also went to Sringeri one evening and had darshan of Acharya and the evening puja. The new Adi Sankara sannidhi looks grand. The mandapam is decorated with different coloured pillars, coloured lights adding to psychedelic effect.
Only by the last day we were all down with queasy tummies - I think mainly because of drastic reduction in water consumption. Will post some pics soon.
