Quite a number of posts while I was away. Nice riddle Akila :) Soon after S's retirement, we went to Madurai to a attend a wedding (which was a bahana to visit temples) :) Then we had a great trip to Thimmarajapuram - great because a number of the younger generation of our family joined, including Rajiv and Nameeta. Once again it was a "spiritual" trip, where we attended special pujas, Garuda Sevai etc at our Kula Deivam temples. Next was a ten day stay at Sakatapuram Mutt. It was heaven. No newspaper, tv, no news of the outside world. Just peace, serene atmosphere, Acharya's presence. Akshaya Tritya Rathotsavam, Adi Sankara Jayanti were celebrated in grand style. The first 2-3 days were rather hot, but then a couple of sharp showers brought the temperature down, & it was really lovely. Back here in Madras the heat is crushing. Bathed in sweat ALL the time. Totally drained, no energy or inclination to do anything. (Then how am I sitting & posting this?) :):) On top of it all, the two sad news - Thambi Peripa & Naana Athimber. Appa refrained from giving us the news while we were at the Mutt. We met Ramaa & Raji yesterday. Hare Ram Gayathri
