Hi everybody!!!!!
I've been out of the scene for quite long too.
First thanks for all your B'day wishes. And then, thanks to EVERYONE who came for Rajiv's wedding at Pune & the reception in Madras. But for your presence & wishes, it could not have gone off as well as it did!
To be honest, I do not like the idea of people standing in a queue & coming up on stage. In fact that was precisely why we did without a formal "Reception" at Ramya's wedding. But in Rajiv's case, I had no choice. And TSS & I had to be on stage to introduce everyone to Rajiv & Nameeta. Left to myself, I would have preferred to be in the hall, going around, meeting and talking to everyone. I am really sorry for making you all go through the rigmarole of coming in line, & then posing for picture!
But true also, that it feels nice to have photos with each & everyone on this occasion!
Rajiv is still without a net connection in his new house, so I think it is going to take a while before he puts up the photos on the net. Will give the link as soon as it is done.
